The help-center permitted-state list
The Shuffle.us help article dated July 20, 2026 lists 30 accepted states, including Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland. It explicitly says visitors must both reside in and be physically present in a permitted jurisdiction.

The sweepstakes rules list differs
In contrast, the operator’s published sweepstakes rules exclude Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland in one eligibility section. The same rules also contain another eligibility passage with a different exclusion set. This is a material official-source conflict, not a reason to infer that any given state is permitted.

What the discrepancy means for a player
A help article is not a substitute for applicable terms. If your state appears in contradictory published lists, seek written clarification from Shuffle.us support before creating an account or attempting sweepstakes play. Do not use VPNs or someone else’s location or identity to get around restrictions.

Age, residency and travel
The sweepstakes rules specify age 18 or the age of majority, whichever is later, and local laws still apply. Traveling away from a jurisdiction where a player resides may also change access because the help article requires physical presence there.

Not a legal-state clearance list. This table surfaces a source discrepancy; it does not grant or confirm eligibility.
