The minimum prize redemption threshold
The sweepstakes rules state a minimum redeemed value of US$100, equivalent to at least 100 eligible Shuffle Cash. A balance below the threshold is not enough for an eligible prize redemption request. Additional operator checks can still apply above it.

When a 1× playthrough applies
The Shuffle.us help center says Shuffle Cash received with Gold Coins packages, bonus drops or tournament prizes can be subject to a 1× playthrough requirement. This describes a required amount of eligible play, not a guaranteed payout or preserved balance.

Verification before the prize is approved
Official sweepstakes rules require verification of potential winners and may require identity, address or other know-your-customer documentation. A displayed win alone does not establish that a prize has been verified or approved.

Fiat Mode versus Crypto Mode
The operator’s February 2026 payment-mode article says an account uses either Fiat Mode or Crypto Mode for purchases and redemptions. Changing modes can require a zero Shuffle Cash balance, no unfinished rounds or pending redemptions, and an empty Vault.

Worked example: playthrough is not a redemption promise
| Situation | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| 10 SC promotional credit with 1× playthrough | Requires 10 SC of eligible game play to satisfy that requirement; subsequent balance is uncertain |
| 80 eligible SC balance | Below the documented 100 SC redemption threshold |
| 100 eligible SC balance | Meets the stated numerical threshold, but does not bypass verification or other terms |
Examples illustrate terms only; they do not predict game results or the availability of a cash prize.
